Health in the Michael-Ende-Kurpark
Our grading pavilion/salina
Immerse yourself in the healing power of nature and experience our idyllic surroundings in the spa park. Our solar-powered graduation house allows you to experience the healthy healing climate of our region up close. Let yourself be enchanted by the gentle lapping of the brine water and breathe in the fresh, salty air, which cleanses and clears your airways. The irrigation of salt water creates a unique climate that serves as an "open-air inhalatorium". The salty air has a positive effect on various health problems, from pollen allergies to respiratory diseases, and contributes to general vitalization.
Did you already know? The fine water droplets produced by the graduation tower release negatively charged ions into the air. These ions are like "vitamins from the air", electrically charged particles with an excess of electrons. But their effect goes far beyond what you can imagine.
Negative ions play a crucial role for your body:
- They are important for efficient energy production.
- They support the purification of your blood.
- They strengthen your immune system.
- They ensure optimal nerve transmission.
They keep you young by reducing the amount of free oxygen radicals in your body.
Your body needs them to be able to produce energy in the first place. The more negative ions you absorb from the air, the more electrons flood your body and drive your energy production. In line with our sustainability concept, our graduation house is powered exclusively by solar energy. This means we are independent of other energy sources and rely on environmentally friendly resources.
Our GaPa sun loungers
Relax and enjoy the healing climate on our GaPa sun loungers! Lean back, face the sun and let yourself be pampered by its natural healing powers. Experience outdoor wellness - for body and soul.
Did you already know? Sunlight is an essential part of our healing climate and can help with a variety of illnesses. Its rays of light and warmth promote well-being and the health of body and mind.
Despite the many benefits of the sun, we should not ignore the potential risks. Sunlight can damage the skin and eyes. However, by following the ABCs of sun protection - avoiding, covering up and applying cream - you can enjoy the sun safely.
The healing effects of the sun are more diverse than you might think:
- It is crucial for the production of vitamin D in the body, which is important for your immune system and bone health.
- Sunlight also has positive effects on your skin and can even lower blood pressure.
- Many people know that the sun helps against depressive moods. In this case, it is not the sun's rays, but the bright sunlight that is only absorbed through the eyes. So take off your sunglasses and enjoy the soothing light. It is important to ensure that you do not look directly into the sun.
Our slackline course
Would you like to find your inner balance in a healing climate and challenge yourself acrobatically? This is possible with our varied slackline course, which offers you different levels of difficulty. For big and small, young and old, beginners and advanced...
Tip from the health team: It's best to warm up before training and start with the easiest slackline to get used to the height and balancing before you try the other difficulty levels.
